DAY 01: ARRIVAL LUANG PRABANG
Arrival at the airport of Luang Prabang. Upon arrival you will be met and taken to your hotel (transfer).
Information Luang Prabang:
Luang Prabang is the former royal capital of Laos. You will find beautiful, ancient temples. The city is located on the spot where the Mekong and Kane rivers meet. The city lies on a compact peninsula, so you can easily discover Luang Prabang. After arrival you can explore the city. Climbing the 330 steps of Phousi Hill gives you breathtaking views of the city, the Mekong River and the surrounding mountains.
DAY 02: LUANG PRABANG EXCURSION DAY - PARK OU CAVES
Breaksfat in Hotel and  today enjoy the variety that Luang Prabang has to offer during this tour. Besides the special temples you also visit the famous Pac Ou caves. You first visit the National Museum, formerly the Royal Palace. It was built by the French at the beginning of the twentieth century and has a mix of Laotian and Khmer architecture. You will find a special collection of Buddha statues and other religious objects. Then to the beautiful Wat Xieng Thong, built in 1560, and for centuries the religious center of the city. The temple has beautiful wall decorations and mosaics. Then to the Wat Sen, the first temple in the city in Thai style. It has a beautiful yellow and red painted roof and a large Buddha standing in the 'call for rain' attitude. Finally to the Wat May, one of the gems of the city. The sanctuary has an extraordinarily beautiful golden façade, which tells the story of a reincarnation of Buddha. Afterwards you will board a traditional Laotian boat for a cruise on the famous Mekong River. You stop at the mouth of the Nam Ou river. DAY 03: LUANG PRABANG - KUANG SI WATERFALLS
We advise you to get up very early in the morning to take part in the daily morning ritual. Monks wander through the city to bless the locals. They receive gifts as thanks, mainly sticky rice in bowls they carry with them. Very special and photogenic! You do this on your own occasion.
Half day excursion Kuang Si waterfalls:
Enjoy a refreshing dip in the turquoise waters of the Kuang Si waterfalls at Luang Prabang. After breakfast you will be picked up to go to the beautiful waterfalls. The road to it is also very worthwhile. You will pass many teak forests and various indigenous villages (from the Hmong and Khmu). You stop at the Living Crafts Center to get acquainted with the famous Laotian fabrics and weaving mills. At the waterfalls it is wonderful to walk along the turquoise water in the white limestone ponds that go up gradually until you reach the waterfall. DAY 04: LUANG PRABANG - VANG VIENG
Today your trip about six hours drive you go to Vang Vieng. On the way you stop to view the beautiful surroundings from viewpoints. A fascinating karts landscape, limestone rock formations, and green rice fields surround this small town. From the terrace of your hotel you have a beautiful view of the sunset in the middle of this untouched nature.
Vang Vieng also has a negative side. The town has in recent years become a popular attraction for young people (backpackers) from around the world, this can cause noise or other nuisance. There are many bars and parties are regularly organized. There are also construction activities here and there. It is only that you know it. The surroundings of Vang Vieng are so good! DAY 05: VANG VIENG FREE DAY

DAY 06: VANG VIENG - VIENTIANE
After breakfast you will be picked up at your hotel and brought to your hotel in Vientiane in about three hours. 
Information Vientiane:
Vientiane is a friendly, sleepy city, located on the banks of the Mekong River. Because it was as good as closed off from the outside world, the colonial heritage remained largely intact. The architecture is a mix of east and west; you will see French colonial villas and traditional wooden Laotian houses interspersed with more modern buildings. Vientiane is the capital of Laos, but it looks more like a village than a city! Vientiane is small and compact so that everything is easily accessible. You can also walk a lot, but also by bike or tuk tuk is fine to do. A must is a visit to the morning market Talat Sao, contrary to the name suggests this market is open all day. You will find colorful fabrics, Laotian souvenirs and food items here. In the evening, enjoy the many local restaurants along the Mekong and a beautiful sunset.
DAY 07: VIENTIANE  HALF DAY CITY TOUR  BY TUKTUK
Morning our   guide and driver meet you at the hotel for city tour. Half day visit the beautiful temples and monuments in Vientiane during this tour through the capital of Laos on the Mekong. In half a day you can easily see the main sights of Vientiane. You start at Wat Sisaket, the oldest temple in the city. In the niches there are thousands of small and larger Buddha statues. On the other side of the street is the rebuilt Royal temple: Ho Pha Keo. In early times the highly venerated Emerald Buddha was housed here until the Siamese 'm samples in the war. Now the Emerald Buddha can be seen in Wat Phra Kaew in Bangkok. Laotians still think that this particular Buddha in Laos belongs. A much more modern building is the Victory Gate (Patouxai), the Laotian variant of the French Arc de Triomphe. This memorial was built to commemorate the victims who died during the 1975 revolution. The money with which this monument was built was originally intended for the construction of an airport, but the Laotians opted for a monument. The national symbol of Laos should of course not be forgotten; the That Luang Stupa, the holiest Buddhist monument in Laos. The stupa is a mishmash of Khmer, Indian and Laotian styles. The 30 meter high spire is the real eye-catcher. In the lively Wat That Luang you can make a wish. Laotians like to do that, that's why it's often busy. Very nice to attend this ritual. A visit to the COPE Visitor Center gives a different turn to the so peaceful Laos. Here you can gain insight into the consequences of the 'Secret War', which left Laos as the most heavily bombed country in history. A piece of history that should not be forgotten. DAY 08: VIENTIANE FLIGHT TO HANOI VIETNAM
On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you are met and transferred to hotel. Ha Noi , Vietnam's capital, is a stylish and gracious city that retains an unique old world charm and some Asia ‘s most striking colonial architecture. Information Hanoi:
The city of Hanoi has a distinct atmosphere. It has a French colonial character through the beautiful historic buildings and villas from the time of French rule. The Old  Quarter has numerous narrow streets, each with its own craft; you will find hairdressers, mask makers, leather is worked, silk sold, you name it. Many tradesmen earn a living here. The embassy district, where the old citadel and many beautiful colonial buildings are, is particularly beautiful for walking. With its lakes, tree-lined boulevards, colorful markets, venerable pagodas and beautiful buildings, Hanoi is a very fascinating city. A must is the morning gymnastics around the Hoan Kiem lake. Early on, but very nice; you see many Vietnamese practicing Tai Chi. Hanoi also has beautiful museums, such as the museum of fine arts, where mainly modern painting can be found. The history of the turbulent country is reflected in many historic buildings. Go once in the evening to a show at the Water puppet show Theater, a typical Vietnamese folk game. DAY 09; FUILL-DAY VISIT HANOI
You will be picked up by your guide and driver for a half-day excursion in Hanoi. You visit a number of highlights. First you drive to the mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh. From the beginning of September until the beginning of November the body is cleaned, then mausoleum is not accessible; The mausoleum is also closed on Mondays (you visit the Tran Quoc pagoda or Hanoi Hilton, the former prison). DAY 10; HANOI - HOA  BINH - MAI CHAU
Morning  you have  breakfast in hotel, our guide and driver meet for  picked up at your hotel by your guide and driver. From Hanoi you drive in a few hours south-west (135 km) through a beautiful landscape to Hoa Binh; on the way you can stop at Muong and Dao villages. Continue west along limestone rock formations and tea gardens to the town of Mai Chau. This town is located in a valley of green rice fields and consists of rows of houses on stilts, the way of life of the Thai hill tribes ..That same afternoon you will explore the area of ​​Mai Chau, walk or cycle through the villages and enjoy the quiet atmosphere and beautiful nature. DAY 11; MAI CHAU - PU LUONG
Today after breakfast from from Mai Chau Valley  we’ll go for a hike through the Pu Luong Reserve, walking amidst rice fields and mountains, and crossing small villages where we’ll get to see the traditional daily life of the locals all around us in this natural paradise. you can enjoy watching it ascend over the mountain tops, as local farmers hustle around doing their early morning activities. You can even join in for a little while to get a true taste for rural Vietnamese life. Before starting the 4-5 hours of trekking we have planned for you. The first stretch is the hardest, containing some steep climbs and exciting river crossings, but you will be well rewarded as the next stretch is easier, and you’ll get to see absolutely stunning views of the valley and rice terraces, rainforests and streams within from your high vantage point.
A picnic lunch will be served when you reach Hin Village, before continuing on to Hieu Village, considered by many to be the most aesthetically beautiful rural village in all of Vietnam.
Finally we’ll reach Kho Muong village, where you can spend your time freely, either by strolling around the village and talking to locals, or relaxing in the eco home stay set up by FFI (Flora and Fauna International) in conjunction with the local communities. The total trekking you will have done to get here is around 10-12 kilometers. Evening enjoying quietly enjoy the peace and the beautiful surroundings.

DAY12; MAI CHAU - PU LUONG - NINH BINH
You will be picked up at your hotel in Mai Chau and taken to Ninh Binh. This afternoon you will make a beautiful boat trip through one of the most beautiful parts of Ninh Binh: Tam Coc (three caves). Here you see with your own eyes why Ninh Binh is also called 'Halong Bay on the land'. You are being rowed. Most people still do that here in the traditional way: with their feet! What makes this trip even more attractive is the beautiful landscape of rice fields in combination with the lush limestone rocks and the three caves through which you sail. There are many people who want to enjoy this beautiful area so do not be put off by the crowds; once you are in your boat, there is space. The local population is trying to earn a penny by selling drinks and other snacks on the route of the boat trip (sometimes too active). Depending on the season, the rice fields have beautiful colors. Green after planting (February / March) and gradually this turns to yellow. By June / July is the harvest time If the weather is good, there can be planted again in June / July, then there is another harvest in September. In the winter, from October to January the rice fields are not planted, yet the environment is worth it. The bikes are ready at the end of the boat trip. You make a leisurely cycle ride via a quiet road through rural surroundings to Bich Dong (the green cave). If you want you can climb the steep stairs cave. You can easily get in touch with the friendly people while cycling. You will see water buffaloes that are just walking down the street. DAY13; NINH BINH - HA LONG BAY
Sailing in the world-famous Halong Bay. You will be picked up by your driver from your hotel and taken to Halong Bay in about three hours, a distance of 160 km. You will be on board around noon. After a welcome drink, followed by the briefing of the crew, it is lunchtime. Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch buffet as you sail towards the famous rock peaks with names like Cho Da (stone dog) and Ga Choi (fighting cock). It is a beautiful bay. You pass several small islands and the fantastic karts Limestone Mountains, which just rise from the sea, all around you. When the bat cave is near you can go to it with a smaller boat. DAY15;  SIEM REAP - FULL DAY  EXCURSION ANGKOR TEMPLE
Situated near the Tonle Sap, the largest lake in all of South East Asia, between the intricate and tangled vegetation of virgin forest on an area of 400 square kilometers, Angkor was the beautiful capital of the Khmer kingdom from the ninth to fourteenth century . Rediscovery by the French in the second half of 1800, has now become World Heritage of UNESCO. In the morning visit the fortified city of Angkor Thom, built by King Jayavarman VII who reigned from 1181 to 1201. It is accessed through the southern gate surmounted by four huge faces of Bodhisattva and preceded by huge statues of demons and deities. After about a mile to get the most impressive building of Angkor Thom: the Bayon, with the mysterious stone faces that seem to scrutinize who watches them. The entire area (1200 m) of this huge Buddhist temple is decorated with exquisite bas-reliefs that tell of the battles, defeats and victories of the Khmer against the Cham of Vietnam, alternating with scenes of everyday life time. Visit Ta Prohm, mysterious temple enveloped by a tangle of roots and deliberately not restored to highlight the close symbiosis between art and nature. The visit continues with the Angkor Wat, the Khmer undisputed masterpiece of architecture and art, spectacular funerary temple in honor of Vishnu built between 1112 and 1152. The temple, which reproduces in miniature the universe is full of symbolic meanings, has magnificent bas-reliefs depicting scenes from Hindu epics, battles and divine gifts, heaven and hell, the famous butter scene processing into the ocean of milk. Its architecture is the perfect union between symmetry and spiritual essence and its bas-reliefs of the Khmer art here reaches heights of formal perfection.

DAY16;  SIEM REAP - EXCURSION ANGKOR TEMPLE
Today you  will be visit to the most ancient temples of Angkor: Pre Rup, a beautiful temple pyramid-shaped mountain, and Mebon, a small Hindu temple which stands on an island. On the northern side of the basin is a curious Buddhist temple of the late twelfth century, Neak Pean, consisting of a square pool at the center of the circular island is in turn surrounded by two snakes Naga, the central pool, the 'flowing water in four tanks through small side channels that ended with zoomorphic and anthropomorphic heads. Not far away is the temple of the sacred sword ", the Prasat Preah Khan, the structure of particular interest for its remote location, away from the beaten track.
