VIETNAM VISA ON ARRIVAL
The Hand in Hand Travel is very pleased to arrange a Vietnam Visa on arrival for guests who are booking tour with Hand in Hand Travel, In Vietnam Laos , Cambodia , Myanmar.
You will require an Approval Letter to obtain a Vietnam visa. This is a letter, approved by Vietnamese Immigration Department, which allows you to enter and remain in Vietnam for a given period. With the Approval Letter, you can obtain a Vietnam visa at any Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate overseas or at a Vietnamese international airport.
Visa type: Tourist
Validity: One (1) month (from the date of issue)
Number of entries: Single entry
Booking tour with Hand in Hand Travel will be free of charge ( FOC) visa service fee ( 15 USD/ per visa)
Stamp visa fee: 25 USD - Payable directly in cash at the airport when you arrive in Vietnam.
How to apply a Visa approval code or Visa upon arrival?
A - Required details:
To process Vietnam visa, please provide to us all following information:
1. Your title (Mr./Mrs./Ms.)
2. Your given name in your passport
3. Date of birth :
4. Nationality :
5. Passport No. (valid at least 06 months)
6. Date of Passport issued :
7. Date of Passport expired:
8. Propose date of arrival
9. Port of arrival: International Airport at Noi Bai (Hanoi), Da nang / Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City)
10. Copy of your passport, where there is Passport number and your picture.
B - Just after receiving your information, we will process the visa immediately, in urgent case the process take only 1 to 2 working days, normal will take 3 to 5 working days.
Best way apply Visa upon arrival Airport: After approved, we send you by email in attached file to you a copy of Approval letter. Please do not forget:
- Print-out the Visa approval to show off to the airlines while boarding on plane
- Have 2 passport pictures ( 4 x 6 cm) for visa application when you arrival in Vietnam
- Have USD $ 25 by cash for paying the visa-stamping fee for visa
Approval Code Visa: When it is approved, we send you by email in attached file to you also a copy of Approval letter. It is better for you to print out and keep together with your documents when you apply the visa at Vietnam Embassy or Consulate.
WHO NEED & WHO DO NOT NEED A VISA TO VIETNAM!
Nationals of certain countries may visit Vietnam without visa for a period of time, hereunder is the list of countries and regions that have visa exemption arrangements with Vietnam less than 15 days.

European citizens as Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy and Spain. Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland holding are exempted a Vietnam visa for 15 days
LAOS AND CAMBODIA VISA
The both countries Laos and Cambodia are not need visa apply advance for tourist visa, just arrival in international airport or by sea or by road crossing border gate from Vietnam , you can have visa stamp at Immigration desk, Visa fee is $ 45 per visa payment by cash.
MYANMAR VISA
E-Visa -Notice to Tourists

1.You will need the following before you apply:
- Your passport validity must have at least (6) months.
- You have to upload one COLOR PHOTO (4.8 cm X 3.8 cm) taking during last (3) months.
- Visa, Master, American Express or JCB credit cards for the payment of USD 50.00.
2.Tourist Visa processing information :
- The validity of eVisa approval letter is 90 days from the issued date. If it is expired, entry will be denied.
- Length of stay is (28) days from the date of arrival in Myanmar.
- eVisa service is non refundable.
- You will receive an email acknowledgement within 1 hour after successful payment.
- The processing time is up to (3) working days.
3.If the applicant has children under (7) years old on the same passport, you have to put the name of that child, date of birth in the minor section of the application form.
4.Tourists must stay in registered hotels, motels, inns, guest house and resort during your stay in Myanmar.
5.The applicant should complete individual personal data whether passenger is FIT or package tour.
6.eVisa is a only valid for a single entry. Re-entry will require a new visa.
7.Currently passengers with eVisa are only permitted to enter via following ports :
